Fitness Calculator helps your child solve distance problems.

Your child can use Fitness Calculator to check his or her answers to distance problems. Your child can also record the time and distance of a run or walk in your neighbourhood and then use this Web page to figure out his or her pace.Your child can then use a table to see how far he or she could have gone in a longer period of time keeping the same pace.

To use Fitness Calculator, click on the drop-down menu in the Distance area and change the unit to kilometers, and click on the drop-down menu in the Pace area and change the measurement to "per kilometer". Input any two pieces of information (time, distance, or pace) and then click the "Calculate" button. For example, to find the pace of a run, input only time and distance.
