Chemfinder: An easy to use search engine which will provide many links to the entered molecule. You will need to download one of the "pdb" files from the list of returned links.

Molecules R US: an excellent search engine for proteins. Again, you will need to download the molecule in "pdb" format in order to view it using Chime.
