About The Resources

Nelson Science 9 is a comprehensive set of resources for students and teachers. Although it is written for the grade 9 Academic course, Nelson Science 9 also addresses all of the expectations for the grade 9 Applied course, as outlined in The Ontario Curriculum, Grades 9 and 10: Science, 1999.

Along with the student-friendly text, Nelson Science 9 also offers teacher resources that facilitate planning, addressing individual needs, assessment, evaluation and reporting.
