Find a site that updates the current view of the jet stream. Study the flow of the jet stream for three or four days, and in your notebook describe how it appears to influence weather across Canada.

For the teacher: This comprehensive site allows students to see by map and photos current weather descriptions across the country. As well, students can study weather descriptions for the USA and other countries around the world. Satellite and radar pictures are available.

For the teacher: The comprehensive site offers a full range of weather information for Britain and the world, as well as interesting articles on weather events.
