Profile 2004 Client File
System:
For each new Client File that is created, Profile
will automatically create and save up to 7 additional xml files. The root name
of each file will begin with the client file name that you assigned, followed by
specific extensions as described below:
- filename.xcf.
This is the client demographics file, and will always have the extension .xcf.
If Profile cannot find a file with the .xcf extension, it will not be
possible to access the information stored in all other files created for
that Client File.
- filename_INT.xml.
Contains the interest profile narrative.
- filename_NAR.xml.
GATB converted scores graph, interpretation narrative.
- filename_SET.xml.
Most Search Filter settings and values.
- filename_Titles.xml.
Listing of all occupation titles, Unit Group codes, Lead Statements, Wage
and LMI data selected during the Standard Mode comparison search.
- filename_UNADJ.xml.
C-TSA Mode unadjusted Search Filter values and settings.
- filename_WH.xml.
Listing of all occupation titles included in the Work History.
-
filename_CTSATitles.xml. C-TSA Mode listing of all selected
occupation titles.
Note: All
Profile 2004 Client Files are saved to the Profile Professional 2004\Reports
subdirectory by default. If you want to move or copy the files for a given
client to another computer with Profile Professional 2004 installed on it, you
must copy all files with the same root filename. These files should then be
placed into the same \Reports subdirectory of the destination computer.
