, page 125, regarding Seaman's Beverages.

The Globe and Mail April 4/02:
Pepsi Bottling Group Inc. is buying Charlottetown-based Seaman's Beverages in a friendly deal that will see the family operated Prince Edward Island enterprise swallowed by the U.S. beverage giant. Privately-owned Seaman's, founded in 1939 by Francis Rundell Seaman, promotes itself as using family recipes to make soft drinks "the olde fashioned way—in small batches and glass bottles." Financial details of the deal were not disclosed, and the deal is scheduled to close in May. Pepsi Bottling Group, which is 40% owned by PepsiCo Inc., generates nearly $8 billion U.S. in annual sales.
