This activity can be adjusted to accommodate different grades and learning levels. The organizer is designed to allow students to record one fact per Web page or many, depending on the amount of information you want students to absorb. The Web site itself is rich with information. Students could focus on just one aspect-for example, recreation uses of the Mackenzie River, or the Mackenzie River's wildlife. This Web site could also be used to work with students on note-taking skills.
