This "Hall of Fame" Web page presents brief biographies of famous people of New Brunswick. Students could choose one to research and present their findings in a role-play as that person. Alternatively, students could use the site as a model for creating a "Hall of Fame" for their city, province, or region.
This Web page presents a chart of statistics showing how many people worked in each of New Brunswick's industries over the past few years. The page presents an opportunity for students to practise working with statistical information.

Check to see that students have correctly constructed and labelled their line graphs, and that the statistics are accurately represented on their graphs. Students should disagree that the numbers of workers in all industries is growing at a steady rate.
