| This assignment is designed to complement and extend the information on page 54 of InfoCanada British Columbia regarding finding new markets and developing new industries. Preface this assignment by ensuring students understand that Team Canada is a federal initiative. If appropriate, have students discover this connection for themselves by clicking the "What is Team Canada?" link in the left-hand menu. If desired, check student worksheets to evaluate their note-taking skills. Extracting meaning from the testimonials may be difficult for younger students. If appropriate, have students focus on one testimonial and work in pairs to extract meaning and complete the worksheets.
