Triangle Explorer prompts your child to investigate and calculate the area of a triangle.

To use Triangle Explorer, click the 'New Triangle' button. Determine the area of the triangle and input the answer into the text field. Click the 'Check Answers!' button to see if the answer if correct. If your child is unsure of the answer, click the 'Give Hint' button to provide help.

Area of Triangles helps your child find a formula for the area of a triangle.

To use Area of Triangles, drag the pink dots to change the dimensions of the triangle. Notice the changes in perimeter and area as the dimensions change.
