Lesson 5 - Recognizing Patterns in the Environment

Use this interactive game to encourage students to have fun on the Web while learning about recognizing patterns in the environment. Students can try this activity on their own or in pairs.

Goal

Recognize and describe or represent patterns in the environment.

Instructions for Use

Color Patterns prompts students to duplicate a given pattern.

To use Color Patterns, click on the colours in the right column to fill in the empty beads. To change the colour of a bead, click on the bead, then click on the desired colour. Once the pattern is complete, click on "Check Answer." Click on "New Problem" to proceed to the next problem..
