Crossroads is a language
arts anthology including fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and media
selections meeting a wide range of student interest and abilities.
The anthologies are divided into 6 units which cover genres—the
essay, short story, poetry, and media formats—as well as themes—personal
focus, issues, science and technology. With over 300 pages of literature,
Crossroads can be used as a core text in a language
arts program.
Direct curriculum-linked activities reflect all aspects of the
English curriculum, including oral and visual communication/media.
All selections have been chosen for impact, values and teachable
moments.
