Please follow the instructions below when viewing or saving your support material.

Files may take several minutes to download depending on the size of
the file and your Internet Connection speed

In order to view the contents of the file, the applicable software
must be installed on your computer

Adobe
Acrobat Reader is required to view PDF documents. If you do not
already have this software installed, you may download and install it
free from the Adobe
Web site.

Instructions for Self-Extracting
Files
PC Users downloading self-extracting files:
- Right-click the link for the file.
- Select “Save Target As..” (Internet Explorer) or “Save
To Disk” (Mozilla Firefox).
- Choose where you want to place the file on your computer and click Save.
- Locate the file you just downloaded on your computer, double-click the file
and follow the on-screen instructions.
MAC Users downloading self-extracting files:
- Click the link or click and drag and drop the file and click Save.
- Double click the folder to “UnStuff” the contents.

Instructions for
Single Files
PC Users saving files to your computer:
- Right-click the link for the file.
- Select “Save Target As..” (Internet Explorer) or “Save
To Disk” (Mozilla Firefox).
- Choose where you want to place the file on your computer and click Save.
OR to save the file when viewing it online:
- Click the link for the file to view it.
- Select Save As from the File menu on your web browser.
- Choose where you want to place the file on your computer and click Save.
MAC Users saving files to your computer:

Click the link or click and drag and drop the file and click Save.
