Greg Pilon is the President of Thomson Nelson. Prior to this role,
Mr. Pilon served as Senior Vice President of the Thomson Nelson School
(K-12) Division. Mr. Pilon has over 23 years of experience working
with the school educational community. During his tenure with Nelson, Mr. Pilon has led and built
highly successful and motivated teams and driven the growth and profitability
of sales in line with the Company's vision and values while contributing
to the Company's overall success. He is the chair of the Canadian Educational
Resource Council and serves as a member of the board of Directors for ACCESS

Ron Reed
Vice President
of Finance and CFO |
Ron Reed was appointed Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial
Officer in July 2004. Mr. Reed joined the organization as Controller
in January 1999, and was promoted to Director of Finance in February
2003.
Mr. Reed's primary responsibility is to provide strategic management for
the financial affairs of the organization, which include accounting, financial
planning, financial reporting, information technology and internal control systems.
He is responsible for coordinating the development of short and long-range business
plans for the organization to ensure the best use of its resources in achieving
growth and profitability objectives.
Mr. Reed has held previous senior finance management positions within the electronic
and agriculture industries. |

James Reeve
VP, Higher Education Division |
James Reeve is the Vice President of the Thomson Nelson Higher
Education Division. Mr. Reeve has 20 years of experience in the publishing
industry. He was promoted to the position of Vice President in 2006.
Prior to this, James was the Associate Vice President of Sales for
the Company's School Division. During his tenure in the Higher
Education Division, Mr. Reeve has been instrumental in providing
leadership to the Sales, Marketing and Editorial departments while
building highly skilled and educated sales teams to foster the company's
continued growth and profitability. |

Ed Bierman
SVP, Operations |
Ed Bierman is the Senior Vice President of Operations. In addition
to Supply Chain Management and Customer Support, he facilitates the
Business Continuity, Facilities and Demand Forecasting functions.
Mr. Bierman has successfully promoted and implemented Company-wide
quality improvements and has established procedures for maintaining
high standards within Nelson. During his career, Mr. Bierman has
been engaged in supply chain enhancement assignments while with several
North American and European based organizations. |

Susan Cline
SVP, Media Services

Susan Cline is the Senior Vice President of Media Services. Ms.
Cline is responsible for overseeing all production, manufacturing,
and technology development pertaining to the product offerings of
Nelson. Ms. Cline's background includes more than 25 years
of experience in the education sector, media development and book
production industries. Ms. Cline has a successful track record in
Media and Production and has built a strong and highly skilled and
creative team that has consistently met all publishing deadlines
in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner. |

Marlene Nyilassy
SVP, Human Resources

Marlene Nyilassy is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources
for Thomson Nelson and Chief Privacy Officer. Ms. Nyilassy has 20
years of experience in human resources and organizational development
and joined Nelson in 1997. She is responsible for managing all human
resources activities, developing policies and programs and executing
the strategies that support business goals. Ms. Nyilassy has successfully
led the integration and transition of employees and managers through
the Company's acquisitions. In addition, she established and
currently manages Thomson Canada Shared Services for Human Resources. |

Chris Besse
VP, Market Development |
Chris Besse is the Vice President of Business Development for Thomson
Nelson's School Division. Mr. Besse provides leadership in
developing and identifying new partnership and acquisition opportunities
to enhance the growth of the core business and promoting new business
opportunities for the School Division. Mr. Besse has over 15 years
of experience in the publishing industry and has held several senior
executive positions, most recently as President of Gage Publishing. |

Lesley Gouldie
SVP, New Business Development |
Lesley Gouldie is the Senior Vice President of Business Development
for Thomson Nelson's Higher Education Division. Ms. Gouldie
provides leadership in developing and identifying new partnership
and acquisition opportunities to enhance the growth of the core business
and promoting new business opportunities for the Higher Education
Division. Ms. Gouldie has nine years of experience with Nelson serving
as CFO from 1998 to 2004 and Senior Vice President of Higher Education
from 2004 to April 2006 when she was promoted to her current position.
Prior to joining Nelson she held several senior executive finance
positions in the technology industry. |
