Instructions for Use

Adjustable Spinner allows students to determine the probability of independent events, such as spinning a spinner.

Create your own spinner, by increasing or decreasing the number of sections, and clicking and dragging the dots on the spinner to vary the section sizes.

The activity will tell you the percentage of the spinner that is covered by each colour section. Use this information to help you the probability of spinner green on your first spin and spinning magenta on your second spin.
