Use these interactive activities to encourage students to have fun on the Web while learning about fractions. Students can try these activities on their own or in pairs.

**Instructions for Use**

**Fractions** allows students to review equivalent fractions.

To use Fractions, click on “Equivalent Fractions”. Read through the tutorials and click on “next” in the pencil at the bottom of the screen when you are ready to go on. Practise your knowledge of equivalent fractions by placing your mouse over the equivalent fractions next to each illustration.

**Fraction Frenzy** allows students to practise recognizing equivalent fractions.

To use Fraction Frenzy, click on “Play” to begin the game. Press “Click to begin” to start each round. Match the equivalent fractions by clicking on one fraction and then clicking on its equivalent. Continue until all fractions have been matched before time runs out. The number of fractions increases with each level as does the difficulty.
