CHAPTER 2: NUMERATIONLesson 7: Comparing and Ordering NumbersGoal Compare and order numbers to 10 000. Instructions for Use To start Comparing Four Digit Numbers, click on the “Comparing and Ordering Numbers” link under Fourth Grade – Topics, and then click on the “Comparing Four Digit Numbers” link. This is a good practice for comparing and ordering four digit numbers. You will be shown two 4-digit numbers. You will need to select the appropriate words to compare the two numbers, using “greater than”, “less than” or “equal to”. To start Whole Number Comparison, scroll down to Math, click on the “Compare” link, and then click on the “Numbers less than 10,000” button. You will be shown two 4-digit numbers. You will be required to place the appropriate sign in between the numbers. To start Comparing Number Values, click on the “Comparing Number Values” link, and then click on the green arrow to begin. You will try to make all of your wishes come true by correctly placing the appropriate sign to compare 2 numbers.
