Use these interactive activities to encourage students to have fun on the Web while learning about number to 100. Students can try these activities on their own or in pairs.

Instructions for Use

Give the Dog a Bone allows students to click on a 100 chart to reveal the numbers, either going forward or going backward.

Click “Begin.” Then click on the squares of the 100 chart to reveal the numbers. The object of the game is to uncover the dog bones that are hidden beneath some of the numbers. Try click from the beginning, going forward, first, and then, once the numbers are cleared, going backward.

100 Chart Splat is an interactive 100 chart, which can be used for a variety of teacher-directed activities.

Click “Begin.” Choose a colour and use it to ‘splat’ the numbers on the 100 chart as you count forward or back from a certain number.
