Lesson 7: Making Equal Groups

Use these interactive activities to encourage students to have fun on the Web while learning about number to 20. Students can try these activities on their own or in pairs.

Goal
Represent a given number in a variety of equal groups with and without singles

Instructions for Use

Count the Sheep allows students to practice creating two equal groups from one group of items (in this case sheep).

Look at the total number of sheep. Click and drag half the sheep into the other pen to make two equal groups of sheep.
