Students can try these activities on their own or in pairs. Goals Identify and describe similar objects. Sort objects using a given sorting rule. [C, CN, R, V] Instructions for Use Colour, Shape, Size allows students to practice sorting objects more than one way, using one attribute at a time. To start Colour, Shape, Size, click on the “Attribute Blocks” link in the list. To use Colour, Shape, Size, look at the blocks inside the oval. They are the same colour, shape, or size. Drag the blocks that belong with them into the middle of the oval. Click on the “Check” button to see if the answer is correct.
To start Carnival Cars, click on the “Carnival Cars” link. To use Carnival Cars, drag and drop cars into the correct circle, according to the sorting rule. |
