About the Author

Clifton E. Owen

Cliff Owen, retired, is the former Program Coordinator of the Automotive Technology program at Griffin Technical College in Griffin, Georgia. He holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Science (A.A.S.)and is an ASE Master Automotive Technician. Mr. Owen has also been certified as an instructor for Electric Vehicle Maintenance by York Technical College in Rock Hill, SC.
