About the Author

Kent Kauffman

Kent Kauffman is an Assistant Professor of Business Law at Indiana University— Purdue University Fort Wayne. He is a graduate of Temple University and The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and is licensed to practice law in Indiana. He is a member of the American Bar Association and Indiana State Bar Association and has been listed many times in "Who's Who Among America's Teachers."
